SETUP

Welcome

PROTOTYPE · DUMMY DATA
STEP 1 · WELCOME

Let's set up your GTM OS.

Setup is three things. Your data sources, your definitions, your rules on who approves what. The engines come preloaded, the same plays that work everywhere. The more context you give here, the sharper every draft gets. Everything you type lands in your OS brief on the right, in your words.

Your company

Ten seconds of basics. The OS reads the rest from your site.
agent note · we'll read your site, saves you typing
Optional, stays in your brief only. It tunes benchmark comparisons.

Where do you sell?

Average deal size

Two bands is fine, plenty of teams straddle.

Sales cycle length

Pick two adjacent if it varies. Different segments run different cycles.

What is your motion?

Pick everything that is true. Most teams run one or two, more works, the plan just splits focus. You can change this later.

How far along are you?

Honest answer helps. The OS meets you where you are.

What hurts most right now?

Pick up to three. These decide what we suggest first. You decide what actually runs, further down.

In your words

Five open questions. Skip any of them. Whatever you write feeds the drafts, the scoring, the plan. Watch the brief on the right pick it up.

Who runs it

The OS sizes your plan to real hours. Honest number beats an ambitious one.

Whose hands are on it

Pick everyone involved. RevOps plus founder is normal.

Hours per week they can give it

Your current stack

Tap what you already run. Your tools stay, the OS orchestrates them. This preselects the connect step.
Suggested first engines From your pains + motion. Suggestions only, your picks win.

Honest expectation. This takes about 25 minutes plus your API keys. You bring your own model keys, the OS itself is open source. A smart revops person can do this alone.

Nothing here is binding. Everything stays editable.
STEP 2 · CONNECT YOUR DATA

Connect your data.

Around 26 integrations cover 80% of companies. Everything connects read-only. Nothing is copied out, the OS keeps read-only mirrors, your data stays yours. Your existing tools keep running, the OS orchestrates them. Hover any tile for why it matters.

SIGNAL COVERAGE
0% visible
Connect a source to start seeing signals.

Why this number matters. A CRM alone sees roughly a tenth of the buying signals. Product usage, site behavior, calls, replies, ads, the warehouse, each source widens what the scoring can read. Hover for how we estimate it.

ENGINE READINESS · YOUR PICKED ENGINES · UPDATES AS YOU CONNECT

Skipping a source never blocks setup. It just tells you what waits.

The access request list

Every grant still missing for your selected sources, numbered, with who to ask on each line. Numbered requests get answered, paragraphs don't. The list also lands in your brief as open asks.
5 sources connected. More can wait, add them any time.
STEP 3 · YOUR DEFINITIONS

Your definitions, drafted for you.

Every company's schema differs, so a coding agent reads yours while you watch. It drafts your semantic layer from what it finds plus what you told us in step one. You correct it, you own it.

THE AGENT · READING YOUR SCHEMA
STEP 4 · RULES + WHO APPROVES WHAT

Rules + who approves what.

The OS drafts around the clock. Sending is a different matter. Set autonomy per engine, cap the volumes, name the approvers. The recommended positions carry a SUGGESTED mark, move any of them.

DRY MODE · EVERY ENGINE STARTS HERE

Every engine starts in dry mode. It watches, scores and drafts, sends nothing. You flip each engine live yourself when its drafts have earned it. Two weeks in dry mode is normal, going live on day two is not.

AUTONOMY · PER ENGINE · YOUR SELECTED ENGINES

One rule we hold. Net-new outreach never gets the auto position. Every first message to a stranger waits for a human, whatever else you loosen. The stop rule. The OS never silently changes what you approved. If a draft needs to deviate, it stops and asks. A system that quietly edits your titles is a system you stop trusting.

CAPS · HARD CEILINGS THE ENGINES CANNOT PASS
Above this, every move queues for the ops lead.
Across all engines, lifecycle included.
Start low, raise it when the shadow week checks out.

Quiet hours + channels

When and where the OS may reach people.

Send window

Channels the engines may use

Brand safety

Claims no draft may ever make. Seeded from your step-one answer.

Every outgoing draft gets checked against this list before it reaches a queue.

SEATS · WHO CAN DO WHAT · ASSIGN A PERSON
OperatorRuns the queues, edits drafts, presses send.
Ops leadOwns the weights sheet + the rules on this page.
ExecReads the briefs, approves budget moves.
EngineerOptional seat. Extends the OS when you want plays it does not ship with.

Who else shows up

Second stakeholders always arrive in week two, plan for them now. Tap everyone likely to appear.
Absences are normal. A named cover keeps the queues moving.
GDPR · ON BY DEFAULT

EU mode is on. Enrichment pulls only from consented sources, suppression lists are respected everywhere, personal data never leaves your region. Turning any of this off requires the ops lead + a written reason. We keep the audit log either way.

Every rule here lives in one file you can read.
STEP 5 · THE BUILD

Watch it build your OS.

This is the part no template can do. The agent assembles a workspace around your schema, your definitions, your rules, your own words. It takes a moment, watch the log.

Lands in your brief. The build queue picks it up.

Run it yourself, it's yours. Or have it deployed for you.

The OS is open source, free, running on your keys. Deployment help exists for teams that want the shortcut.

Certification for agencies + developers arrives at launch. Build on it, get listed, keep your clients.
That was the whole setup. Data, definitions, rules, your words throughout. The rest is preloaded.

This is where your OS opens.

In the real product this lands in mission control, the workspace you saw in the build step. Below, the brief you built along the way. It ships with your OS, it belongs to you.
